What personal data do we collect from you?

Please note that you are responsible for all data you provide to us and that we rely on its accuracy. If your data is no longer up to date, please notify us as soon as possible.

You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but you understand that the provision of certain services or cooperation will be impossible if you do not consent to the collection and processing thereof.

Why do we collect this personal data from you?

We collect your personal data (last name, first name, phone number, email address, and physical address) via our contact forms to ensure that we know who is trying to contact us via the website. This also ensures that we have the necessary information to respond to your question. We collect your IP address to ensure that we can check who is visiting our website. This allows us to create a profile of our visitors.

The legal grounds are the performance of the agreement, the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations (such as the 30bis declaration of works) and/or our legitimate interest.

How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of our processing. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

How do we ensure the security of your data?

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. That is why we use various technical and organizational measures to protect your data in an appropriate manner against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store personal data that you share with us on computer systems that have limited access and are always protected with passwords.

No security system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the security of your data in absolute terms. We accept no liability for unauthorized access to it. By using our services or providing us with data by other means, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our services.

It is your responsibility to keep the password used to protect your accounts and personal data confidential. If you share a computer with others, you must log out before leaving our platform to protect your data from access by subsequent users.
